Macbook Air 2015 won't charge

good morning everyone. My 2015 macbook air is plugged into the power supply but won't charge.

I reset the pram. the battery is in normal condition. what can I do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.6

Then you'd better take your MacBook Air to your local retail AppleStore,Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there.
