MMS ENABLED TO A PARTICULAR CONTACT

I cant send my mms to one of my contact only it says “ cannot send message, MMS need to BE enabled to send this message

iPhone 8, iOS 15

You need MMS enabled by your Carrier for the SIM that you use and then enable it in your Settings. See the Pic below
