iPhone 13 hot issue

I bought iPhone 13 on 5th October and I noticed my phone is getting hot while charging and during hotspot mode. The temperature is too high and I am unable to touch the phone for sec.

pls give the excavator rout cause and it solution on priority

If the phone is not shutting itself down, it is not "too hot."
