What HDMI cables are compatible with the APPLE TV 4K HDMI?

For Apple TV 4K (1st generation) (2017) with HDMI 2.0 port, it is recommended to use (at least) 18 Gbps rated “Premium High Speed” HDMI cables.

For Apple TV 4K (2nd generation or later) (2021 or later) with HDMI 2.1 port, it is recommended to use 48 Gbps rated “Ultra High Speed” HDMI cables [if the other side is also connected to an HDMI 2.1 port].

Is the cable BOTH male ends?

Yes.
