Is there anyway to stop the periodic reminder that an app is using location services?

Our school is using ASM and Mosyle MDM. Mosyle has a Manager App, running in the background, that runs on each device. This app needs location services to communicate properly with the MDM system. Several of our disabled students have devices at home and are turning off location services when the Apple notification pops up. After they do this, I can no longer perform remote maintenance tasks on the device. Asking them & their families not to do this isn't working. Is their a way to suppress this notification for a specific app.
