Make sure the phone and computer are on the same WiFI network.
Make sure there are no firewalls or VPN in between.
Make sure that you are using administrative account privileges to establish the connection on the Mac.
If none of this works, it is possible your WiFi router has a setting blocking the protocol for continuity.

Continuity also requires that BlueTooth be enabled on both devices.
Since that's the case, like other new Apple linked phone/computer functions, the phone must be within 30 feet/10 meters of the matching computer.
Unfortunately I don't really understand Cyrillic languages.

I can make a photo from my Notes and Keynote, using iPhone, but when I use FaceTime or Zoom, I can't see another camera (iPhone cam)
that's why I think, that WiFi router has no blocking settings ...
And of cause I have the same wifi, no VPN, no firewalls
I check all YouTube videos about this function, but it is not working for me :(
May be there are some restrictions for Iphones from Japan?
