Using a different phone since my last Apple Pay payment how do I get a refund I paid for my new phone using Apple phone on my old phone. Now the trade in refund is being refunded with the Apple account ending in the 4 digits from my old phone as I see my new phone has a new Apple account number. So how can I be refunded if this is the case?

You need the serial number?
