Is there any way to create a shortcut for Call Audio Routing? I wish I could assign the tap feature on the back of the iPhone to this function, but it's not listed. Right now, if I wish to change call Audio Routing I always have to dig through multiple menus: Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing

I had the same interest and came up with this workaround using Voice Control.
First, make sure Voice Control is enabled in Settings (Accessibility → Voice Control).
Then say the following:
Then, give the command a name (ex. Answer with Speaker)
Go through the same process again, changing step 11 and giving those commands a new name.
When you want to switch the call audio routing setting, just say "Answer with Speaker” (with Voice Control enabled).
The first few steps ensure that the Settings app will start on the home screen — in case the Settings app had been left on another screen from before.

There is no way to do that in any manner prior to a call. If you would like Apple to add that as a feature go here > Feedback - iPhone - Apple
I didn’t say you were trying to hide it. When you receive a call you should see the audio selection button. After you slide to answer it goes to the keypad. At the bottom ride there is a button that says “Hide”, it is a toggle. If you tap it the Audio selection button will reappear.
If you are on the phone it should be displayed on the screen. Tap the hide button if necessary.
Thanks deggie, sorry I should have been more clear in my initial post. I know how to do that. I was looking for a call audio routing shortcut I could add to the widget menu that would enable me toggle any time I wish prior to incoming calls, like the dark/light mode feature which has a dedicated widget.
