Thank you Carol B. After reading all the info I on how to recover my account I realized I had logged into my sis in-laws iPad in the past! I’m hopeful again and she agreed to meet up with me so my sometime this week! Thank you.

The first thing to do is to cancel any credit cards associated with your Apple ID. Then follow the tips in the link below, if you have not already done so. Then contact Apple Support for help in recovering your Apple ID. Tap Get Support at the top of the page.
