I recently got the Air Pods, but only half the charger was in the box. The wire was included but the brick is not. Did Apple forget or am I expected to spend the $30 extra to charge my headphones?
They didn't forget. They no longer include power adapters with iPhones and I don't think they ever did with AirPods. Many or most already have a power adapter from other devices that can be used.
Sony, Samsung,Apple , Google have never included a charger with headphones.
Bought $300 plus headphones from Sony, guess what?
No charger, just a usb c cable.
That’s lame squeezing customers for a few bucks, especially since they won’t realize chargers weren’t included until getting home from store. Just spoke to my mom and she confirmed no charger included with purchase of $1000 iPhone. She was also disappointed. Shame on Apple.
