MY NIECE IS TRYING TO TEXT SOME PHOTOS TO ME AND NOTHING IS SHOWING UP IN MY MESSAGES AND PHOTO SECTIONS. ALSO, SHOULD WI-FI BE ENABLED ON MY CELL? I RECEIVED A REGULAR TEXT BUT NO PHOTO TEXT. ANY HELP?

Make sure under Settings > Messages you have MMS turned on. Does your niece have an iPhone? If yes and she is using iMessage then you have to be connected to either WiFi or cell data.
