Try Terminal. Use the command template below exactly as shown.

sudo pmset repeat wake [day] [time]


For example, the below command boots your device every Monday at 6:00 AM.

sudo pmset repeat wake M 6:00:00


Note that if your disk is encrypted with FileVault, you'll still have to log in yourself.
