Try Terminal. Use the command template below exactly as shown.

sudo pmset repeat wake [day] [time]

For example, the below command boots your device every Monday at 6:00 AM.

sudo pmset repeat wake M 6:00:00

Note that if your disk is encrypted with FileVault, you'll still have to log in yourself.

If you view the manual page, it has many examples you can use to make what you need. You can also find man pages on the internet, but that may not be the most current. I don’t think pmset has changed, though.
