macbook air m1 bluetooth connection problem

i have macbook m1 air bought it 6 month ago since i started to use it i saw bluetooth issue that my BT headset is connecting and disconnecting after a sec , i have iphone 7 and its also not connecting through BT , both works fine with other device , i thought its software bug so i waited for ventura release also now iam on ventura and tried all things to solve this issue but its same please help me to solve this issue i waited soo long for ventura update thought that it will fix but it didn't
