Can I use national credit card for foreign app? I know I can download foreign apps from the app store by chaning the country settings, but now sure if I can make in-app purchase there. So for example, I have canadian credit card and I downloaded a Korean app. And it asks me to upgrade to premium to remove ads. In this case, can I use my Canadian credit card to pay? A cellular telecom is not a payment method in the US.
