Are there any iphones in apple store in dubai with facetime may be an international version of iphone

No. All iPhones sold by Apple in a country are the versions meant for that country with any limitations imposed by that country. There are no international versions.

FaceTime is not available in the UAE.

It may have FaceTime when used on a different carrier in a different country as long as it's not set to the UAE in settings.

But there is no way to guarantee this. You take your chances.

So if i buy a iphone from uae and set up it in another country will it still won't have factime in it
