My iPhone 6s Plus will not download games that I previously downloaded
I have been through 2 tech people after paying Apple for their support and still can’t download
Download symbol just keeps spinning
However I have no problem downloading new games
Can anyone please help

Didn't know we have to pay Apple Support for their support
Try again.
You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
See -> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
