iPhone 14 does not have full function while charging

When swiping up when my phone is on charge it won’t allow me too, the screen does not have full function, I have reset it all, and also have the original charger as I only purchased last month but still no difference. Can anyone help ?

Restart your iPhone or iPad. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
