Open the Wallet app on your iPhone, tap the Apple Card, tap the small card-shaped icon. See: How to find the card numbers associated with your Apple Card - Apple Support
For other card details, tap the Apple Card, tap the 3 dots in a circle icon, tap "Card Details.
