Pairing old Apple Watch to new phone
I can’t pair the old Apple Watch to my new phone. I’ve done all the necessary updates but it still won’t work. I’m trying to go to my factory settings on the watch but I can’t get to that screen

Try all the steps here depending on if it was paired to a previous iPhone or not as they relate to issues with pairing: If you can't pair an Apple Watch with your iPhone - Apple Support
1. Open the Settings app on your watch, then tap General > Reset.
2. Tap Erase All Content and Settings, then tap again to confirm.
3. Wait for the watch to unpair.
4. After Apple Watch unpairs completely, you can pair again. You'll need the Apple ID and password that were used to set up the watch.
