m1 mini pointer is crazy

Hi,

I got six month ago a nice M1 mini and its Apple LG 27" monitor.

Every was so flawless until today, the day I upgraded to the infamous macOS Ventura.

I am using the second (black) generation of both keyboard and trackpad.

“Misbehaviouring” and “crazy” are unfortunately not particularly descriptive.

Those terms are unfortunately closer to “it broke” than to something that we might address.

Which particular LG monitor are you using?

There’s also that at least some LG display monitor devices will have their own teardrop-shaped cursors, and those can sometimes also have issues unrelated to Ventura. I’ll assume you are not referring to a WebOS cursor.

Again, please describe what is happening with the pointer, as if you wanted to describe this behavior to somebody that cannot see what the pointer is doing, doing differently, or not doing.

The pointer is hypersensible, too fast at times and too slow at others, displays are curiously managed by one finger trackpad gestures, not by three fingers swipes. What is more it is long and troublesome to place the pointer in a tiny area since its movements are not fluid and flawless are usual.

Make no mistake: these malfunctions were totally nonexistent before Ventura 13.0 and I've been using Minis and

Pros for 30+ years, trust me.

Please help me, dearest one.
