I have a hotspot that is used a lot of gigabytes, but I don’t even have a hotspot. Can anyone explain this?

Does anyone know why it’s separated? Like a look at my picture like halfway down all the sudden it says hotspots and then there’s abs underneath of it is that normal it says also for service something with apps underneath that. Most of these things I have turned off on my phone and I just don’t understand Heather using data of any amount when they’re not working and I don’t even carry a hotspot on my phone. I just don’t understand it and I can’t get no answers from Apple. All that happens there is nothing.
