Brand new iPhone purchase from service network provide with defect
I purchased brand new iPhone 13 in service net work provider on 15th Oct. The sim cards could not properly work and could not detect one side of the sim card. Ask for replacement and return , rejected by apple and the service provider. Service provider claim to had a single up policy between apple and them, no return and replacement will be provided. I booked genius bar, they the defect iPhone to Singapore for repair. Is that big company like apple change their strategy to let customer pay their money and help for the job of qc? Bad news to all apple lover.
