Reminders Not on Watch

Every time I tell Siri to create a reminder on my watch, it tells me there’s a problem. Sometimes the reminder is still created and my phone will remind me, even though it told me there was a problem. When I go to the Reminders app on my watch, it opens a blank page that says “Today,” and then it just spins. When I go to the Watch app on my iPhone, reminders is not listed anywhere and when I search for it in the App Store, it just says “open” like I already have it. I have an iPhone 14 and just got a series 8 Watch, but it was like this for at least a year on my old phone and watch. I have unpaired. I have set it up as new. Both devices are updated.

Apple Watch Series 8, watchOS 9
