My question is very simple,my phone is not working on 120hz,I have tried to do any and everything from watching YT videos to going through factory settings from apple but it’s not solved yet,my screen is responding so slowly like even worse than 60hz,can anyone please help me?
Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution. It is difficult to understand when you state that the screen is very slow. When the Apple technicians have your iPhone in their hands, then they will be able to understand and determine a resolution for you.

The iPhone 13 Pro, The iPhone 13 Pro Max, The iPhone 14 Pro and The iPhone 14 Pro Max are the only iPhones that have the 120hz displays. Ensure that you have one of these models.

I have the 14 pro max and it’s new but still the screen is very slow,even android phone huwaei y9 prime that I had before is better
But will they understand my problem or not?What if they just feel the phone is ok and I am nớt satisfied,what will happen then?
