Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Apple ID

How come I cannot download any apps with my Apple ID. It says it’s not logged in to ITunes but I try to log in and it doesn’t work. I have checked and the Apple ID is current -see pic but it won’t let me download anything to the store.

Signing-out from your AppleID, followed by a restart of your iPad prior to signing-in again to your AppleID will likely clear the issue.


Should the problem persist, you might be well advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Get Support link at top-right of this page.


Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, or if you have access to another Apple device, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:
