Advanced Number Format

Updated to MacOS Ventura and the advanced time and zone settings are missing.

If I change the region where I am, some options will came back, but which depends on where I set that I am. This is just stupid, because it will also change the currency and other not requested settings.

Is there a way to enable advanced options and retain my region?
