I forgot my id and password for my Macbook pro , its been long I hvnt used it. How can I open my Macbook again?

Please help its really urgent

Resetting your login password could solve your issue.

https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/reset-your-mac-login-password-mh35902/mac

If it doesn't help, if you don't need data on the SSD/HDD of your MacBook Pro, boot in recovery mode, then reinstall macOS could works.
