Hello PMmfiCyber,

To help us better assist you, we'd like to get some more information to help isolate these issues.

Check for any restrictions that may be in place, specifically Account Changes under the lower section of the article: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Allow changes to other settings and features
You can allow changes to other settings and features, the same way you can allow changes to privacy settings.
1. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If asked, enter your passcode.
3. Under Allow Changes, select the features or settings that you want to allow changes to and choose Allow or Don't Allow.
Here are some features and settings that you can allow changes for:
Passcode Changes: Prevent changes to your passcode
Account Changes: Prevent account changes in Accounts & Passwords

If you have Account Changes turned on, this would explain why your Apple ID is greyed out in Settings.

As for the issue with FaceTime, can you let us know more about that, so we can assist? For example, is the option to turn on FaceTime gray as well, or something else?

If you're unable to turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime, please check out this link, which has information that may help resolve some FaceTime issues: If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime

Check your device settings

1. Make sure that you’re connected to a cellular data or Wi-Fi network.
2. If you're using an iPhone, you need SMS messaging to activate your phone number with iMessage and FaceTime. Depending on your carrier, you might be charged for this SMS.
3. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure that your time zone is set correctly.

Thanks!
