airpods pro feels full in one ear

A couple of days ago I noticed that in my right ear while in transparency mode or noise cancelling that my ear feels like my ear is being plugged more than my left ear. Also, that the modes are a lot less effective. I also did the seal test and it said my left ear had a good seal which is the one that I have no problems with. But when it comes to the right one it said that it has a bad seal i readjusted it and tried every ear tip but I couldn't get it to have a good seal. I've already tried resetting them, reconnecting them, but nothing is fixing it
