when I try to download an app, it asks for my p/w...I give it and it says "Done" then an iTunes message pops up (on every app I try) and says Apple Id has not been used on this account When I cancel I can't find the app I tried to download.

i download an app...asks for p/w...given and says "Done"...then says I haven't used "iTunes" and asks for review or cancel. When I cancel can't find the app I downloaded
