Merge iCloud Contact Lists (within iCloud)

I have found that within my iCloud contacts I have ended up with three different lists called "card" which condense and expand on my phone and I find it annoying to accidentally find myself in one of the lists that has only a third of my contacts in it. Is there any way to merge these lists and keep them all in one? I will go back and add contacts to groups and lists later (such as work vs personal) but I have 3x just called "card" now.
