iOS16 Shortcuts and WhatsApp

I have just started playing with Shortcuts after ignoring them completely up until now. They are interesting, but I personally am finding limited use for it/them so far.

I am looking for a way to trigger an action when a WhatsApp is received. I see options to SEND messages, but no way to trigger on the RECEIPT of one.

Am I missing it, or is it not an avaialble option?

Ultimately I would like a shortcut to either auto reply to a received WhatsApp, or, better yet, forward the message out by SMS.
