If you don't see it listed in the article you came here from then it is not available. I would suggest you call the carrier you plan to use and ask them if they are going to support eSIM in the future.

I am sorry but we are volunteers and users and a lot of us are based in the US and would have no idea of carriers in another continent. This is not Apple support.

And to be sure, if the iPhone 14 Pro Max was purchased outside the U.S. it will have a physical SIM card slot. Only iPhones purchased in the U.S. are eSIM only.
