Beats Solo Pros will not enter pairing mode

I used the "Forget Device" function and now my Solo Pros will not enter pairing mode, connect to the phone via Bluetooth, or respond to the factory reset. What could this be an issue of and what should I do to reconnect my headphones?

I Can't get my beats studio buds to reset or enter pairing mode. Can't connect to my iphone 14plus. A window pops up on my phone to connect by holding the button in the case for 5 seconds but nothing happens.
