Updating Stock Prices

Is there a way to enter stock prices so they update in real time in numbers instead after midnight nightly. I understand mutual funds don't update in real time but elf's and stocks should.

Also, previously I was able to have more than one the stock app in order to create different list to follow. Is there a current way to create multiple stock list.

Thanks

If the price was real time data then your assertion that it "should" update in real time would be true, but it is not real time data. The price is the previous closing price. No matter how often you update it, it will stay the same until the next closing and Yahoo! Finance updates the prices in its database.

Sure, just duplicate a table where the quotes are working (a good place to start is the My Stocks template at File > New in your menu) and replace the existing symbols with new ones.

To duplicate a table: click in table, then click the concentric circles to its upper left, command-c to copy, click on the canvas, and command-v to paste.
