Apple doesn't actually repair Apple Watch. If the dent is causing an issue with operation, you can pay for an Out of Warranty replacement. If it is just a cosmetic issue and operation of the watch is normal, Apple likely won't offer an Out of Warranty replacement, nor would it be a good investment.
