payment issue

so I was checking my credit bank account I saw you guys took two times money same amount of 19.19 Apple.com/BILL, I just wondering to know why you guys are taking the money two times. could you please tell me whats happened ?

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.

How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take.  *
