Install macOS Ventura Icon in Launchpad

Today I decide to upgrade to Ventura on my M2 MacBook Air. No real issues with the install but I now have this icon (pictured) in my Launchpad. I've tried searching for it (including System Files) to delete it but it's nowhere to be found.

I’ve tried rebooting the machine and even reinstalling Ventura but it is always there!

It’s obviously not a massive problem but I’d love to be able to remove it somehow. Any advice as to what it is (and how to remove it!) would be appreciated.

OPTION key and the small x in top left corner of icon will appear.

Click the x and presto - gone.
