My activation lock is on and im not able to get it off with my apple id
I need to get my activation lock off my iPad but my apple id isn't working for it

If you're being told that your Apple ID can't be used to unlock it, contact the person who uses that account, or if you're the unit's original owner, click here and submit an unlock request.
