On my iPhone 14, in Find My app, in me tab, it stills shows my old phone and I can not change it

Settings, general, About, is your iPhone 14 actually named the same as your old phone because you restored the data from the old phone?

...If so then you CAN rename it in the same settings,

Quick Start doesn't do that.
