New iOS 16.1 - poor security

Hello,

so- i used to have turned on the extra security on my phone, where when locked, no one could go into my control panel and turn on the airplane mode, for example, as well as “always tracking” when I would switch off phone it sent a last location of it to Find my IPhone.

however… now I have this fancy new ios 16.1. And 1. All the above just got disabled and there doesn’t seem to be an option to turn it back on? Unless they have moved the settings- wouldn’t be surprised.

does anyone know how to fix this?
