I gave my old iPhone to my mother, I still have an iPhone, now both phones are getting text messages I send and receive from my phone, phone number.
Please tell me how to stop my text messages to going to her phone.

It looks like both iPhones are using the same Apple ID. You will have to create a separate Apple ID for your mom and her iPhone. This will separate the data including Contacts, Calendar Events, Notes etc.
