I have an iPhone 13 mini. Want to disable Face ID & Apple wallet. Not having any luck finding help.

Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Reset Face ID and skip adding one.

As to Wallet if you have added any cards to it remove all of them. It is then "disabled".
