As the subscription will only work with the original Apple ID, you'd want to cancel the subscription through these steps: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support There are different steps depending on what device you have handy since you mentioned not having an iPhone. Then, you can enroll under a new Apple ID to continue using the app.

Although I no longer have an iPhone I do use my Apple ID for AppleTV+. I cannot locate my TextNow Nov 6, 2021 subscription.

If I cancel TextNow subscription, that was purchased through Apple iPhone, and renew it the cost will increase from $4.99/year to $4.99/Month...an ~600% increase. I've decided to simply have my TextNow subscription run out as I really don't need it now; it was just nice to have. I also don't agree to price gouging and will no longer recommend TextNow.
