DND not turning off

I have gone into settings and turned off all my Dnd and sleep schedule off, have taken my phone to my carrier. all my friends say my phone still says “notifications silenced on my part” when they text me. what am I doing wrong why is my DND still on?

To turn Focus Status OFF:

Go to Settings > Focus.
Select the Focus you set up.
Tap Focus Status, then turn it Off.

Probably you may have other devices using the same Apple ID. If so, please disable Share Across devices.
