I need refund for cancelled iPhone order

I ordered a mobile phone on the morning of 26th. When I took it off the line, the clerk told me that my order was cancelled. I didn't know it was cancelled because I didn't receive the email of order cancellation, and 1309 pounds was successfully spent from my bank account.
