No WhatsApp notifications

Has anyone figured out how to get WhatsApp notifications to work consistently?

I’ve done all the easy stuff. Plus reinstalled WhatsApp. That worked for awhile but the stopped working again.

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?

Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]
