i try to update my app at app store but it says need two factor authentication from my old number and the old number cannot used so how should i do im so confused

I’m going through the same thing you’re going through when I try to get my Gmail password it’s going to the old phone with my number got changed and all my information to Ciney is terrible and they’re not helping me I don’t know what to do either I’m ready to go Back to Boost mobile
Try this -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
-> edit your 'new' trusted pnone number.
