Once I take an ext from my Apple Watch, how do I long that PDF to my cardiologist to be read? I’m not sure where his name/email address needs to be so the phone call pull that info to download it to him.

Do you mean send the ECG detail?
If so go into health app on your iPhone
browse to the heart section, find Electrocardiograms
Then find the one you want to send
Tap on it, then use the send (square with the up arrow), then choose mail
