I scanned my Covid booster record into Notes via my iPhone--the title shows as "Please keep these records"--I want to change the title--all directions and examples say highlight the note and go to Edit and then Title--under my Edit in Notes Title is grayed out---why is this so hard?

Step 3. in the Notes Help for creating a new note:
Type your note. You can use typing suggestions, if available.
The first line of the note becomes the note’s title. You can change how the first line is formatted in Notes settings.
after reading your reply I went to note with cards and saw 4 rectangles above the pictures of the 2 shot cards--put in description and voila! the title changed!--why doesn't this appear in any Apple explanations?--I've been an Apple guy since 1992 with the SE and I still am sent on wild goose chases by Apple's reated changes to software--Thank you, Luis!
What if you just add the title you want, in the note itself, above the scanned document?
